Images and Animation

This section deals with image formats and animation formats that can be extracted from VCollab Pro.

File | Copy to Clip Board

This command helps user to copy current scene view as image to clip board.

Copied image can be pasted in documents.

 

File | Capture Frame

This option helps user to save current view as image in different formats like jpg, gif, tiff, bmp and png.

 

File | Capture Animation

This command allows user to record viewer changes between on and off time and stores as avi, animated gif or a set of captured frames in jpg, tiff, png, bmp and gif format. captured images are stored in a folder.

1. Click File | Capture Animation

This will pop up File-SaveAs Dialog Box. Specify the file name and choose Save as type from drop down. If you select other than Animated GIF and AVI Files, then a folder with given name will be created in which all captured frame will be stored with frame numbers.

2. Click Save. It will pop up Capture Images Dialog box.

  • Red Circle Button - starts recording or capturing images.

  • Pause Button - pauses recording or capturing.

  • Stop Button - Stops recording or capturing.

  • Settings - Frame rate and size of the image can be edited.

3. Click Close.

 

File | Create Animation from External Images

This allows user to create animated gif or avi file from a set images with uniform frame rate.

 

1. Click File | Create Animation from External Images.

This will pop up Create Animation Dialog Box. Enter folder path which contains the set of images and Specify file name and file type (GIF or AVI).

2. Click Create.

Animated GIF or AVI file specified will be created.

3. Click Close.
