To link a file from a URL or Network Drive user
has to follow these steps.
•
Insert VCollab Presenter in PowerPoint
•
Click on third mouse button
• Goto properties
• Select the Text from the popup window
• Specify the file location in the network or the IP
address of particular machine with file path or specify the URL.
