Section Manager
This feature of VCollab Pro provides the Dynamic Section Manager.
This tool helps to view both two and three-dimensional sections of
the model. It provides the user with various options to manipulate
Section Plane and measure the distances.

It pops up Section
Manager Dialog as below.
Create
: Creates a sectional plane according to the specifications.
Section Locations
: Provides Information on Section Location through a popup dialog as
below.

Section Plane
|
Choose a standard
plane among XY, YZ, ZX.
|

2D Section
|
Displays the section
in a poped up 2D section window.
|
|
Slice
|
2 parallel planes
are created. The Model between two planes called Front and Back
planes will be visible.
|
|
Show Planes
|
Front and Back
Planes will be displayed with shading.
|
|
Edges
|
Intersection of
model with Front and Back planes will be drawn and visible in
both the place.
|
|
Cut Away / Invert
|
Two sides of
clipping (Hither / Yawn).
|
|
Translate
|
Two sliders are
provided to translate Front or First plane and Back plane.
|
|
Rotate
|
Two sliders are
provided to rotate the plane with respect to U parametric axis and V
parametric axis respectively. |

Loaded Model

Edges are drawn solid in section plane.
