Step5:  Specify Deformation Settings

Deformation Scale: User can scale the deformation of the geometry by specifying a specific number. The default scale factor chosen by VMoveCAE is 1 or selects the Non-uniform deformation in different directions.

Uniform Deformation: User can specify the uniform scale factor to magnify the deformations for better visualizations. All the X, Y and Z deformations would be uniformly scaled by the user defined scale factor.

With respect to our exercise the user should chose the default value and “Uniform Deformation”.

Note: No color will be applied on that part of the geometry".  This Min and Max value setting for the fringe is available only for Linear Animations.

Step6: Specify Normals and other mesh settings

This section allows users to define any one of the following three types of normals to the mesh. User is provided to choose either Surface or Vertex normals or none.

Step7: Specify Misc. Settings

Feature Edges: Feature edges can be extracted if required.

Filter Parts: This option pops up Parts Dialog box which displays list of parts. User can filter parts and export.
