Additional Troubleshooting Information for VCollab Presenter

If you still have issues, try some of these additional suggestions:

1. Make sure you are using Internet Explorer 32-Bit. Internet Explorer 64-Bit and other browsers are not currently supported.

2. If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0 32-Bit or Internet Explorer 8.0 32-Bit and still having problem, please enable the following security settings and try again.

Tools | Internet Options | Security | Custom Level | Run ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins | Enable

Note: This setting takes effect after you restart Internet Explorer.

 

 

3. If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 32-Bit and getting the following message


 

Right-Click on the yellow bar and select Allow Blocked Content… as shown below

A dialog box will appear with the publisher details. Allow the same.
 


4. If you are using Internet Explorer 7.0 32-Bit and getting the following message


Right-Click on the yellow bar and select Run ActiveX Control as shown below.

A dialog box will appear with the publisher details. Allow the same.


5. If you are using Internet Explorer 8.0 32-Bit and getting the following message


Right-Click on the yellow bar and select Run Add-on as shown below.

A dialog box will appear with the publisher details. Allow the same.
